At QDOS Schoolwear, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging with labels attached.
  • Items must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is amanufacturing defect.

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return Process

  • Upon approval, please return the item to the following address: 52, Lingwood Avenue, Christchurch, BH23 3JT.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days, depending on your cardissuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition,damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error at the discretion of QDOS Schoolwear.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us on 07774 679472.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
